  1. Your service provider/s (e.g. a physio or transportation service) forward their invoices to us at [email protected]
  2. We’ll communicate with you for permission to pay the invoice on your behalf.
  3. We submit a claim for the invoice from the NDIS directly.
  4. Once the claim is approved, we’ll pay the invoice for you and keep track of your payments and budget.
  5. We will confirm with you and your provider once we’ve paid the invoice.
